Registration has begun for the 27th Annual NGAUS Industry Day.
The event — which will be held Dec. 9-10 at the National Guard Memorial, the association’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. — will give industry partners the opportunity to learn how to work with the Guard and gain insights into the component's priorities.
Attendees will get an insider's view of the Guard's strategic requirements, a forum with Guard and congressional leaders, opportunities to learn more about NGAUS priorities for fiscal year 2025, defense legislation and networking with industry peers and key decision makers.
"The intent is to provide a forum for corporate partners to interact directly with National Guard leadership and to better understand their priorities for the upcoming year," said Blaise Lemke, the association’s industry liaison.
Industry Day festivities will begin Dec. 9 with a mini-workshop. The event will continue Dec. 10 with remarks from Guard and congressional leaders.
Last year’s speakers included the now-retired Gen. Daniel R. Hokanson, the 29th chief of the National Guard Bureau, and Rep. Steve Womack, R-Ark., a member of the House Appropriations Committee's defense subcommittee and a retired Army Guard colonel.
There is limited space available at the 27th Annual Industry Day, and all registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
Last year’s event drew more than 200 attendees.
