CAP Newsletter

Pre-Conference Special Edition | July 2023

Our goal as the National Guard Association of the United States’ (NGAUS) Corporate Advisory Panel (CAP) is to serve as the primary industry advisors to the NGAUS Board of Directors and foster NGAUS/Corporate Member relationships.  These relationships support the mutual goal of NGAUS/Industry in enhancing and promoting modernization and readiness of the Army National Guard and Air National Guard.  As we approach this year’s 145th NGAUS General Conference and Exhibition in Reno, NV, it is imperative to have experienced longstanding NGAUS Corporate Partners assisting in these goals to shape the Guard of tomorrow.

If you are interested and have the motivation to look comprehensively and holistically at the future for all NGAUS Corporate Partners, I am asking you to lean forward and submit your application to be part of the NGAUS CAP. Currently we have three seats which will be vacated this year; one small (companies with less than $25M/year in DoD business) & two medium (less than $500M/year but more than $25M year in DoD business) size companies.  The elected CAP representatives shall serve a three (3) year term starting January 1st, 2024.

Upon becoming a CAP member, you will join a TEAM which continues to shape the success of NGAUS, NGAUS Corporate Partners and the National Guard.  This is done through the many years of experience of our 15 CAP members have while being in and around the National Guard, NGAUS, and industry.

Don’t sit on the sideline; be a part of the solution and submit your application to become part of a successful TEAM.
