National Guard Educational Foundation Report

Will Roulett, Deputy Director of the National Guard Educational Foundation (NGEF), gives the yearly report on the foundation at the 144th General Conference & Exhibition in Columbus, Ohio. The report covers a donation from Leonardo DRS by Mike Kelly, the presentation of the Spruance award to Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Jan Young (Ret.), and the presentation of the Legion de Lafayette medal to the Brig. Gen. Ted Shuey (Ret.) of the 29th Division Association.
