Mississippi joins Hawaii, North Dakota and the U.S. Virgin Islands as the states or territories that have already achieved full membership in 2024. NGAUS membership percentages are determined by dividing the number of active annual and life memberships by the number of officers assigned to the state or territory each year. (Updated March 19)
