Elle Ross serves as legislative affairs manager for Army National Guard programs. Ross worked on Capitol Hill for Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., in 2014, while participating in a pro bono legal program at a local law firm, prior to joining the office of Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas.
She served Sessions, the chairman of the Rules Committee, as legislative counsel and handled the legislative portfolios on military and defense.
Ross earned a master of laws degree in national security and U.S. foreign relations law before starting a career in Washington, D.C., at Harris Corporation in the government relations division. She worked at the McChrystal Group LLC consulting firm before passing the bar in 2014. She earned her juris doctorate degree from New England School of Law in Boston in 2012.
Ross is a judge advocate general in the Army Reserves.
